I couldn’t be happier to mark the last blog post of this year with some photos from a New Years Eve shoot we did earlier back in October, which is featured today on… da da da dum dum… Style Me Pretty! (yay!!) When Abby Larson of Style Me Pretty says that She’s not sure she’s ever loved a photoshoot as much as she loves this one, it’s enough to make your heart jump right up into your throat.

This summer, Jillian (my go-to style guru) and I secretly cooked up plans to help me photograph some of my newest paper products for 2013 by putting together a styled shoot that showcased ideas of how to put together a glitzy, glittery, and stylish New Years Eve celebration. From the moment she got Ed Osborn on board to photograph it on film, we knew we had a winner. Then she pulled together a dream team of suppliers that we knew would have the same kind of quality, flair and vision, and boy let me tell you, we were not disappointed!

Phew. So here we are at the end of the year. I don’t know about you, but I have really, really loved 2012. Don’t get me wrong, I loved it, but it was not easy. In fact, it has been a very bumpy, sometimes diasterous year. But thrown in there were some God-given life-changing moments that somehow, well, changed our lives. For the better. Disasters have a way of changing perspectives, and they often become moments of opportunity, of hope, and new dreams. So, here’s to 2013. I’m ready for you!
